Listen to your body

Listen to your body, rest when you feel it is needed. One, two or three will not set you back.

    I listen to my body, but my brain says, "Don't be a *kitten*, go lift" so I do that instead. :wink:

    I listen to my mind trying to talk me out of working out, and I just remind myself "that's what I used to think when I was cool with being fat". So I don't listen anymore. It's lost me 5% of my BMI. I only take a break day if I'm really really sore.
