Alternatives for weight?
I am a hard working mom that is constantly lifting and moving things but... I have no weights for strength training and cannot get a club membership. I'm sure there are some people who have gone through this or are going through this. Is there any recomendations for some impromptu weights?

Just a vent!
Im so frustrated! I dont have the money to buy a scale so i have no idea if I'm losing any weight. Of course i dont look it yet so i cant go off of that. I dont even know if the weight i started with is right. I was just guessing based on my last weight at the doctors. So annoying! Everytime i go to get a scale i run out…

This is a hard one!
I have a one year old daughter who is underweight due to congenital heart disease. She is at the moment off of whole wheat, dairy and is on a cardiac diet. She eats double what her sister who is 5 eats but all it does is disapear into her heighth. She needs to gain weight, but how? Any suggestions?
