Gaining weight since treadmill workouts..?
Hi I have about 8lbs to lose. Started to eat in calorie deficit 2 weeks ago then introduced interval training on treadmill a week ago. Now for the last week there has been no weight loss and the odd 1lb gain! Am I doing something wrong? I'm not eating back my exercise calories and running every day. Thanks in advance!

Stopped losing weight..!
Hi I'm 5"2 and weighed 142lbs in mid Jan and now weigh 135lbs. Trouble is I've been stuck at that going up and down a pound for the last few weeks. Losing inches but not weight...
hi I haven't lost any weight for the last 2 weeks but I'm clearly losing inches. Sometimes the weight on the scales goes up by a couple of pounds! :/ I'm on 960 cals a day and always in deficit on average by 100 cals.
