Hi I have about 8lbs to lose. Started to eat in calorie deficit 2 weeks ago then introduced interval training on treadmill a week ago. Now for the last week there has been no weight loss and the odd 1lb gain! Am I doing something wrong? I'm not eating back my exercise calories and running every day. Thanks in advance!

hi I haven't lost any weight for the last 2 weeks but I'm clearly losing inches. Sometimes the weight on the scales goes up by a couple of pounds! :/ I'm on 960 cals a day and always in deficit on average by 100 cals.
