Anyone tried these 3/5/7 day juicing detox diets? Worth doing or not?

I'd rather chew my food. That's what I got teeth for.
Also, detoxes don't work, except maybe for hydrating you. Your kidneys and liver detox everything for you.
Eat what you like, and reduce the portion size so that you are in a calorie deficit. And you will lose weight.0 -

Agreed. If you really are feeling kind of bloated and sluggish, lower you calories a little and up your water and fiber. Your body will do the rest just fine.

You won't find a lot of love for juice detoxes here. Or any detoxes, really. You might try running a search to see how previous threads have turned if you'd like to know more.0

Just tell her to eat less. "Healthier" can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people.0
