Hello :) im not new to fitness pal but just recently got the app again as I'm feeling like I need to be more accountable. My wedding is at the End of July this year and I want to lose 20-25 lbs by then. Would to read others stories and inspire each other :)

Sweet low cal foods
Anyone have any sweet recipes that are low cal? Cakes ? Muffins ? Pies ? Anything that's low cal low fat and not way too expensive to get ingredients for Thanks :)

Cooking spray?
I use olive oil for my cooking usually but it racks up my calories quit a bit for a cooking agent, would a cooking spray be better ? Or alternative cooking agents ? I don't want 120-150 calories just for something I use to cook, so any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks :)

Confused ?
Okay so I have it set to counting my steps throughout the day But I usually speed walk or jog as my daily exercise, do I add that in "exercise" or since it's already counted the steps I don't log it ? Please help! Thanks -newbie
