I’m back at trying to lose weight.. very hard for me!!
I've used MFP in the past with success. Now I'm back yet again and my all time heaviest :( This time I'm trying low/ lower carb/ keto intake. Any suggestions would great.
MFP gives me 1600 calories and I can't seem to consume all of them. I am aggravated daily with it telling me I need to eat more...what do i do?
Today marks my 25th day on MFP. I log EVERYTHING..and have been going to the gym faithful every day. I have lost 12 lbs so far. Is this good?
