I've used MFP in the past with success. Now I'm back yet again and my all time heaviest
This time I'm trying low/ lower carb/ keto intake. Any suggestions would great.

Try looking at the low carb and keto groups on here. I think they are great and have plenty of useful information and you can connect with many other people following a similar diet. I am also following Keto.0
