4-5 lbs to goal- what to do when stuck
My settings are currently at 1200 cals - 40% carbs, 30% pro 30% fat. With 1lb weight loss a week. Which is not happening. Should I change it to .5 more calories

Can you eat calories burned thru strength workout?
Sorry for the stupid question, I am just be overeating today... Sooo, calories burned thru strength and abs exercise, are not taken into consideration? You can't eat them??? Anybody? If so, I need to take them out fast otherwise I will be over eating 250 calories today
