Sorry for the stupid question, I am just be overeating today...
Sooo, calories burned thru strength and abs exercise, are not taken into consideration? You can't eat them???
Anybody? If so, I need to take them out fast otherwise I will be over eating 250 calories today

You won't really be able to calculate the calories burned through a strength workout accurately because there are lots of variables which affect the calorie burn.
OP, you overate for one day; 250 calories isn't really that much. Just log it and move onto the next.0 -

Thank you. My bad, I'm not feeling too good today, I forgot I did cardio today, beast cardio and abs. I guess the calories from abs I can leave out. And I was able to, before I ate them lol0
