High Blood Pressure - how long?
If you are controlling your high blood pressure with diet and exercise, how long into your lifestyle change did you see results? I appreciate any insights you may have. I'm really frustrated with it and know I need to keep on and be patient. But it's hard. I want normal blood pressure right now! Lol
