Thoughts on paleo?
would doing a mainly paleo type of diet speed up fat loss a little more? I usually always eat fruits veggies and lean meats but I do include whole grain flaxseed toast everyday and Greek yogurt

Stubborn belly fat
im pretty thin but still have an inch or two on my stomach that won't budge. I allow myself a cheat day on Saturdays and usually workout 5-6 days a week both weight lifting and cardio. Any tips for exercises or the best cardio to do? I also eat healthy every day of the week other than Saturday so idk what the problem is

basically I workout 5-6x a week which includes 20 min of lifting weights or doing other resistance training then followed by 20-25 min cardio either hiit or running at a 7.0 pace usually.
