I'm really struggling to find a sensible calorie goal. I lost loads before doing the recommended 1200 but I've put in loads of weight on since and don't find it sustainable. I'm 5ft5 and 11st 7. Want to lose weight 1to 2lbs a week. Any ideas please?
Anyone converted from SW to MFP or do few days of each with success? I have had success with SW but so bored of the food. I could actually go calorie free all day or go for 8 mile run so I could eat a whole pizza right now
Hi Does anyone link their Fitbit to myfitnesspal? If so do you stick to the calorie allowance allocated, or do you allow yourself extra kcals that you burnt off with steps? Thanks
