Hit a wall then rapid weight loss?
Does anyone else have this happen? I've been stuck with my weight for about 1-2 weeks and the last 3 days have lost like 3 pounds. This seems to happen periodically. Is it normal?

How often do you allow yourself "healthy" desserts?
My biggest weakness in this whole diet/lifestyle change is I have an awful sweet tooth! What are everyone's thoughts on healthier desserts? Things around 100 calories such as healthy choice bars, homemade frozen yogurt, etc? Also, I'm not going over my daily allotment of calories. Thanks guys!

Ive been using the elliptical every day for about an hour and know I need to start switching it up. I am content to continue using the elliptical (I alternate my workouts on it and am constantly pushing myself harder) but I know that I should probably switch things up to get the most benefit. Elliptical for weight loss and calories burned.
So I've been using the elliptical 5-6 days a week on a fairly high resistance and slope. I exercise anywhere from 25-40 minutes and it says that I'm burning between 350-550 calories. I have been exercising 6 days a week for around 45 minutes. My body is exhausted! How often do you exercise to keep up the weight loss? I know I need to listen to my body and take a break but it's hard because I'm so scared of gaining the weight back.

Fruit and daily sugar intake
I eat quite a bit of fruit. Mainly apples, oranges, berries, and a half a banana in my protein shakes. I always get alerts reminding me of my sugar goals when I log these. Should I be more careful or is it different with the natural sugars in fruit?

Hit a wall early?
So I've been eating very clean and tracking, weighing all my food and exercising every day for about 45 minutes. I was losing weight pretty steady the last 2-3 weeks but today and yesterday I have been up 2 pounds. What am I doing wrong? I also feel extremely swollen so I know that may be a part of it. I don't drink much diet soda but am wondering if it will effect my weight loss? I drink a ton of water and crystal lights but once in a while I love diet dr pepper! Would love to hear people's thoughts or stories! Thanks!! :)
