Here I am again. At 62….5’1” and pushing 200. I still play competitive tennis, wrangle puppies and dogs at work and 40lbs overweight - 50lbs if you go by the charts. (can’t stand those charts) I started counting Macros this time - it’s like a puzzle and working. I’m married. Two kids. Two grandkids and a rescue dog. Tired…

Any tennis players on MFP?
Hi, just finished a doubles match. 2 hours of play - great tennis. I only put in 60 minutes and it says I burn 379 calories. Do you eat your calories back. Love the game. Terri

Hello, I'm not really new but jumping back on board. I'm super active but losing weight in my 50's is a little tougher. Love to play tennis, walk my rescue and my work keeps me moving on my feet for 5 or 6 hours several times a week. Here's a question am I suppose to eat the calories I am burning off with activity? Thanks…

Eat exercise calories?
So if I burn an additional 150 calories exercising should I eat those calories, or stay at original calories for the day. They are automatically added...but not sure I should use them. Thanks.

Burned calories not right?
i think my Fitbit Flex is adding double on my fitness pal. I burned 556 calories playing tennis today per my fitness pal and then total burned shows up at 1700 what's up with that

New to MFP. Just quit BD.
Really frustrated I wasn't lose any weight with Beyond Diet. Hated the thought of counting calories but this makes it so simple. Need to lose 30lbs
