Another new member :) Not really.

Hello, I'm not really new but jumping back on board. I'm super active but losing weight in my 50's is a little tougher. Love to play tennis, walk my rescue and my work keeps me moving on my feet for 5 or 6 hours several times a week. Here's a question am I suppose to eat the calories I am burning off with activity?
