Hi! I am 72 years old. Along with 2 friends, I was paying WW but not doing the program. One of them was diagnosed with diabetes and her doctor gave her a diet recommendation of counting/limiting carbs and calories. She started using MFP, told me about it and I decided to cancel WW.
