Feeling optimistic

Hi! I am 72 years old. Along with 2 friends, I was paying WW but not doing the program. One of them was diagnosed with diabetes and her doctor gave her a diet recommendation of counting/limiting carbs and calories. She started using MFP, told me about it and I decided to cancel WW. So far (about 5 days) I like this so much better! I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and another muscle issue that requires me to use a cane, so my exercise is pretty limited. I am optimistic that getting back to the basics of counting calories is going to mean success for me
