Does anyone have any good cleanses out there to kick start healthy eating or weight loss? Note: I know that fad diets and cleanses are not long term fixes... I am very healthy and been active for years, every once in a while i just like a little kick start. Thanks in advance for any ideas!

I was 220 pounds 6 months ago when I had my baby. In 6 months, with diet and exercise I have lost 86 pounds, and now I am at 134.
