I am going to use this on my jog later for the first time. I see that at the beginning of your work out you have to specify what type of working out it will be (walk, run, biking etc.) So if i choose jog... and have to take a small break in the middle of my jog to walk for a few, then pick back up the jog... will it account for that slow down? I don't want to think I burned more calories than I did if it thinks I am jogging the whole time. Thanks!
