I love the "Drills to make you Sweat" class the most. I am not sure how to log it. Any suggestions. Zumba is on MFP so I can always figure that one out.

I just log them as circuit training and cut the calories some.0

Get a heart rate monitor. That way, you can just make up an exercise, know the caloric burn of those exercises, and the system will store it and establish an algorithm of calories burned per set of minutes, which is based on average input.0

Make your own exercise and Google or estimate kj burned.
For me kick boxing is in MFP but I have no idea how many calories I burn.
But mfp kick boxing for 80 mins is the same calories as walking in a treadmill for 20 mins so I figured I'm likely under estimating the kick boxxing.
When in doubt under estimate the exercise and over estimate the food.0
