I have seen some people say they are under their weekly limit or they save some calories during the week to splurge on the weekend. What does that mean? Will your body still be able to burn fat if for example by Saturday im under my weekly by 4000 and eat over my daily limit of 1800 Saturday (eat 3500)?
Is it possible to have a food trigger a binge? You've been doing well all week and you decide to eat a piece of momma's pound cake. Then you think having a scoop of ice cream wont hurt. Then you "taste" a donut and before you know it, you totally blew your goals for the day. Has this happened?

I use to buy Fraps then realized the ice coffee was almost the same taste with lower calories. I cut out the whip cream and caramel drizzle for plain ice caramel mocha coffee with nonfat milk. I pair it with a snack wrap. Less than 500cal in MFP. What other alternatives are available?
