You were heavier last time and probably easier to lose. Bumping up the intensity of your workout may push you through the plateau.

I still don't understand. Science says calories over your maintenance will cause your body to store the extra calories as fat. So if I save calories Monday and splurge 2000 more cal Saturday, wouldn't those extra calories add to weight gain? Or instead of daily count, weekly count is what really matters in either gaining…

840 is to low. Minimum for females is 1200. Then burn at least 400cal a day to meet that cal goal. I don't know why the app says one thing and does another. Eat 1200 burn 400 and you'll still loose.

I loved the program! It offers strength /weight training and cardio in one. Unfortunately I had to stop short because of my bad back. I do it every so often. When I was consistently on the program I saw results almost immediately.

I agree with mtfechter. I plan my day the night before and make adjustments as the day progress. For me, I have to eat every two or three hours. Just a piece of fruit or very small snack.
