Hi! My name is Yasmine and I'm trying to lose 35lbs. I'm working out 4x a week and eating very healthy meals. My question is, this app is telling me I should eat around 840 calories a day. It is perfectly doable if I choose carefully, however, at the end of the day it tells me I have not eaten enough. Any help? Thanks!!

840 is to low. Minimum for females is 1200. Then burn at least 400cal a day to meet that cal goal. I don't know why the app says one thing and does another. Eat 1200 burn 400 and you'll still loose.0
