100 mile wilderness
Hi all! I'm doing my first long distance solo hike this summer. It will be the second time I have hiked the 100 mile wilderness. I am curious to see what sudgestions/advice people have. Also, I'm going stoveless so any ideas on healthy food that doesn't require hot water?

It's really possible
after struggling with binge eating for several years, I have been binge free for two months. I know that this seems like a short time, but I hope that it is enough to show that it is possible to stop. I want to use my success so far to help others on their way. Keep it up!
