Hi everyone! I am 5'7, 255lbs and my Bmi is 40. I calculated both my TDEE and my BMR. My TDEE is a little over 2700 and my BMR is around 1900 and I have myself set up to lose 2lbs a week. eating back my BMR calories?
I am a 30yr old female. I weigh 259lbs and I am 5'7 . I do t25 5 days a week. I have another app that I downloaded ( my net diary) which tells me that I need to be eating at my BMR level, which is at 1935 or so. It tells me that if I go below that, that its dangerous? I've been overweight and obese for at least half of my life. I have just recently started eating healthy again and doing t25. Now, my question is..Shaun T has a ab interval CD in t25, would it be worth it for someone like to me to do the ab workouts? Will it burn fat on my midsection? TIA!

yo yo dieting
I am what you may call a yoyo dieter and have struggled with my eating habits and weight pretty much my whole life. My question is: I've heard that every time you try to lose weight after gaining a significant amount, it can be harder to lose it again. Is this true? Any tips or advice? Thanks

Anyone else here doing Insanity and not barely seeing the scale move? I've been doing it for a month now and lost almost 4lbs. I am known to be a yoyo dieter , so I didn't know if that had anything to do with it?
