yo yo dieting

I am what you may call a yoyo dieter and have struggled with my eating habits and weight pretty much my whole life. My question is: I've heard that every time you try to lose weight after gaining a significant amount, it can be harder to lose it again. Is this true? Any tips or advice? Thanks

In the wise words of one of our greatest philosophers:
Do, or do not. There is no try.
You may have a higher body fat % now than you did at this weight before. That doesn't mean it will be harder to lose. Maybe this time you have more support, knowledge and perseverance than last time, which would make it easier.0 -
