Can folks please share what their typical days looks like eating 1600 calories. TIA!!!
I’m currently eating 1400 calories a day and I still manage to feel hungry all the time. Help! Breakfast -wrap with 2 eggs -coffe black Lunch -varies-chilli and small salad mostly Dinner-protein 4oz plus veggies and 1/2 rice Snacks -apple or berries with a few nuts
When staring out should I just concentrate on calories and ignore all the macro stuff??
