Carb intake
Hi, If i am on a 20g carb allowance per day. Is it as it says or could you use carbs as you would calories and save them for use at the weekend or a meal out ? Or would eating say 3 days 60g carbs kick me out of ketosis?

Not losing weight

Becoming very disheartened :(
Hi guys, what on earth am I doing wrong ? I started a healthier eating plan and 30 day shred 12 days ago now some evenings maybe two or three times a week will also go for a by cycle ride for 30 minutes, I have not lost a single pound, I lost and put back in.
