Wow, how did you lose the weight?

I am trying lchf as a life change as i feel my body does not tolerate processed, carbs or sugary food very well anymore. I have been lchf for 3 weeks and have already seen a difference in my skin (less acne) I do also want to lose weight and if im honest that is probably the main reason that i tried lchf.

Thank you for all the advice/replies. Sunny bunny you look fab. I did go through chemo and rads back in 2012 and i think this has definitely changed my metabolic rate as i had never had an issue with weight before treatment. I will try and incorperate more protein into my diet, I just googled and hemp seeds and eggs look like a good option

Ndj some days I will eat back my workout calories but most days not, feel that if I eat the its will counter the workout benefit. Should I be eating them ?

Thank you for your replies, I always weigh out food and if not practical then I always over estimate the calories so as not to cheat myself and go over. I measured my self on day one of 30 day shred and again on day 10, no change, I'm gutted because I'm putting everything in. Yes I well definatley try and drink more water…
