So I’ve lost around 24 pounds. My goal is to eat 1500 calories and lose about a pound a week. This week I am not hungry!! Like having a hard time eating 1200 calories a day. Should I be forcing myself to eat more or just allow my body to do what feels right?

Ladies that are 5’7 what’s your goal weight?
So I’m currently 193. Sense I’ve had kids I’ve always kind of sat around 170-180ish. My high was 220. My bmi says that I should be around 140 -150 but that seems so low to me. I was honestly happy around 175. I don’t have a goal weight I’m just going off of when I’m happy but I’m just wondering what your goal weight is?…
