I recently have just started going gluten free because of stomach problems. I have actually found it has helped me with my weightloss goals mostly because I was obsessed with fast food and eating out and now I completely cut out fast food. I also limit my dairy intake as well, my day dairy goes something like this.…

Right now I’m currently obsessed with the aline lulu leggings. There not meant for cardio though but great for yoga errands or weight training!

Anything that burns calories. I personally really enjoy walking, spin class, weight lifting, my elliptical or even a YouTube video. My goal though is to really just be more active, aka not be lazy and only get 5000 steps..

The tropi-kale from booster juice with added protein. It’s higher in calories then my normal drink from there but there’s a ton of fiber and it’s super refreshing in the summer. Also the one bars in the maple flavour, so freaking amazing!! & last but not least. Taco salad!!

I always eat before my shift! & make sure that I have healthy food prepared at home for when I get off!

Mine are almost the exact same as yours and I’ve lost about 25 pounds. I’ve really amped up my work outs and trying to eat less processed foods to lose the last 25

My husband is actually trying to gain weight and build muscle. It’s very hard seeing him eat 3000-4000 calories a day when I’m eating around 1800 a day. But I just remember that our goals are different and I always remember it’s okay to treat myself as long as it fits in my calories

Ugh I relate to so many of your guys answears. My biggest struggles are the scale moving up and down. It’s rough for me to see any kind of gain of even not a loss even though I know that’s complety normal. Also realizing how long it’s going to take me to hit my goal. I lost 27 pounds in a year. And I have about another 27…

I’m legit in the same boat. The hangover the next day I just eat crap food 🤣 I just stick to once a month and not every week.

I try to save 200 calories for a protein bar at the end of the night.
-
I struggle too, I’ve found tuna & chicken breast help a lot but I’m not opposed to protein bars and shakes! actally ive found that I really enjoy certain bars and when I have a sweet tooth they curb that craving :)

It’s really common to gain a few pounds of you start working out really intensely. I did a few weeks ago for me I found the cause was two things, 1. Water retention and 2. Increased hunger from working out. I was eating too little calories and then binging because I was starving. & binging on bad things. This was three…

Fibre one bats, the brownie ones or the lemon, sugar free chocolate pudding, chocolate protein powder

Where’s the snacks 🤣

I agree with not trying to lose too quickly and adding exercise, but just to warn you sometimes exercise will make you super hungry so just something to keep a eye on! I struggle with this too but I find it helpful to eat lots of vegetables and lots of protein!!
-
I started with walking & yoga. Then added some elliptical & weights.

If you find one let me know 😂 But no I take certain supplements to help with joint pain and hair growth but not for weight loss.

I never knew how long it would take to lose weight. I never knew how much my emotions control my eating patterns. I never knew how much I would look forward to working out.

I lost 20 pounds without working out 1 day.. I just focused on my calories in and calories out. I am working out now though to lose the next 20 pounds for no other reason then I would like to tone and build muscle.

String cheese, turkey pepperoni, sliced deli meat.

I’ve binge from stress or if I’m not eating enough calories. The things that tend to help with that are yoga, meditation, baths to help with stress. & making sure I’m eating enough calories. I feel for you. Binging is a mental struggle 💕💕

So confusing right!!! Drives me crazy but I’m just going to keep going, I know I’m eating better, working out and I know eventually the scale with show it lol
-
I totally totally agree. I’ve upped my Dailey calories as I think I wasn’t eating enough also like you said the days I was working out I was under eating because I didn’t feel hungry. I’m no longer doing this and eating all my calories and I feel so much better.

Hey! So I started at 220 too last June! I’m currently at 193. I lose the first 20 pounds without even working out at the time I just didnt have the time and reducing calories was hard enough. I suggest just focusing on reducing your calories, finding lower calorie meals and snacks you love. I’ve only recently started…

Don’t really plan any eating around my work outs. I don’t eat on a full stomach though as that can me sick. I do try to eat protein after my workouts
-
Okay :) I’ll try that for a few weeks! I guess I’m just not use to eating that many calories
-
I’m 5’7 193 currently haven’t lost in three weeks sense I’ve started really stepping up my work outs. I know this is probably a mix of eating too many calories because I’m starving and binge and because I’m holding onto water weight. I have gone down inches. I will move it up to active.. and just really try to stay within…

So weighed myself yesterday and I weighed in at 194.. still 1 pound gain. I think I’m going to reduce my calories a bit. So fusterating that I haven’t lost in a couple weeks.
