Only lost two pounds in two months but that’s okay!

So I’ve recently taken a break from stepping on the scale because I felt like I was obsessly tracking. Two months actually. This morning I finally stepped on the scale and while it wasn’t the best I had lost 2 pounds. While I know that I could have done better I also know that I have been working out and tracking my calories. While I may have had a few none great days I enjoyed the last two months without over restricting and over anilizing the scale.

    That's great. It's so important to find an approach that you can be happy with and stick to, and that doesn't add stress to your life. Congratulations!
