does anyone have some lower intensity ab exercises they love? My stomach is my focus right now, but I will have to start slow since I am only a year out from my last c-section and this one seems to be giving me more issues with pain. (And yes actually sharp pain, not the good kind of burn that comes with a hard workout)…

So my Misfit Flash updates to MFP with my steps for the day, but I don't add into MFP when I have ran or swam etc as an actual exercise vs normal day to day.. Since I don't eat my exercise calories, does this really matter then? Can I just…

Losing baby weight, anyone use the Misfit band with MFP?
introducing myself to all of you. I am a mother of three and finally ready to lose the pesky baby weight. I started out at 205lbs and have gotten myself down to 178lbs, and now just need some extra tools to help things along. MFP is a great app to track my eating, but would love advice on the fitness bands.

A big personal reward for the end of weight loss?
does anyone have a reward they are dangling infront of themselves for reaching their goal? Such as: vacation? New wardrobe? Etc... Mine I won't elaborate on (will discuss in personal message) but it's an expensive 'body changer' lol! Anyone else?
