Anyone using an instant pot or similar pressure cooker regularly as part of their healthy meal prep? Comments or fave recipes? Thinking of getting one.

I have seen a lot of people mention watching their weekly totals in addition to their daily totals. I don't see where MFP does this. Do people just write it down daily?
I feel extra guilty knowing that I need to lose this 30 pounds and set a good example for my kids and patients. Anyone else?
I have felt so much more authentic this past week sine being back on track. Love to share recipe ideas. Got my nurse trying some new things. Feels so much better to be a role model than to feel like a fraud some of the time.
