Where do you get strong lifts and strong curves? I don't see them in the App Store.

Or other good lifting apps. I see others but not the ones most mentioned here

    Just search stronglifts (one word), you should see it. Not sure that strong curves has an app.

    I personally use the Starting Strength app, but it's not free. It does include an electronic version of the book, which pretty much made it worth it to me.

    Strong Curves is available as a book (paperback and ebook). You can find just the pdf templates online for free too.
