Volume Eating
I’m back and determined to track. I am a large volume food lover. I understand this is basically eat a lot of low cal food to fill up! Does anyone else use a volume eating guide or have a resource for recipes? Thanks!

To those who have lost
Do you feel deprived? Do you feel like you obsess and are constantly thinking about your food, fitness, tracking? Or is it now "easy" and you're just living life?

How many calories?
How did you figure out how many calories to eat to lose? I'm a 43 year old woman who exercises 5 days a week. (moderate) I realize as we get older we need to eat less but I feel like my metabolism has left the building. I haven't lost a pound in a year of trying.

Hungry, hungry, hippo!
Does anyone else experience "hungry days" when pushing workouts a little more? If so, how do you deal with it!? I know I need to eat to fuel my body but I'm trying to lose at the moment. Most days I have no problem staying in my goal calories.
