Hungry, hungry, hippo!

Does anyone else experience "hungry days" when pushing workouts a little more?
If so, how do you deal with it!? I know I need to eat to fuel my body but I'm trying to lose at the moment. Most days I have no problem staying in my goal calories.

The day after I dead lift, especially if I'm in a deficit/losing, I am a monster. I just figured out how to constantly eat and stay in my goals. On those days my purse would literally be full of foods. Anything from quest bars, to bags of carrots/cucumbers, yogurt, 100 calorie packs of almonds.

I feel you. I have a bouillon cube with a few cups of water on the kettle at the ready because it really does the job of satisfying hunger. Then there are days you must only forgive yourself for your sheer humanity and move on. Good luck and this too shall pass.

I have them occasionally, and how I handle them tends to sway with my emotional state. If I'm doing good, feeling strong, I can power through it. If not so much, I'll usually let myself go over for the day. I'm in this for the long haul, and any day like that is only a temporary setback.
