High Cholesterol - any tips?
Dr told me that I have high cholesterol and wants to put me on statins. I don't want to take them. She told me that I need to lose 15 lbs to start, then we will see where we are with my labs. Anyone have tips you would like to share to help me along the way?

Food ideas, please...
Hello everyone, I've got to the -10 lb mark and I find myself eating off plan which has kept me at gaining and losing the same 1-2 lbs. Can you all share what you eat for lunch and dinner? Also snack options? I think I'm getting a little bored. Just looking for some new ideas to revamp my taste buds lol

9.9 lbs down in 3 weeks!!
I am so dang excited about my loss. I am able to fit into smaller tops and jeans that I haven't been able to get into for a while. Yes, I was a little off track on Christmas but still managed to lose 2.2 lbs! Don't know why I waited so long to count calories lol

Day 3, pushing through no mater what!
Good morning, I have to say that calorie counting has been a wonderful chance in my life. I am feeling so good and I'm already on day 3. However, there is that little voice that tells me I must be doing something wrong like, measuring, not adding all my food, sneaking food in behind my back lol I'm not used to a "diet"…

Day One
So today is my first day counting calories and sticking to it a whole day. When I found I was getting 1,200 calories for the day I thought that was way too little but it was actually a good amount. After dinner I still have 300 but I do realize that I need to add more calories to my main meals so that I'm not left with…

Just starting..
Just getting started with counting calories. I've done points and containers but have never counted calories so this is new for me. How do you all divide your calories for the day? What do you allow for breaks and main meals? All help appreciated.. P.S Those little suckers (calories) add up fast! Lol
