Day 3, pushing through no mater what!

Good morning, I have to say that calorie counting has been a wonderful chance in my life. I am feeling so good and I'm already on day 3. However, there is that little voice that tells me I must be doing something wrong like, measuring, not adding all my food, sneaking food in behind my back lol I'm not used to a "diet" where you are not allowed certain foods. This is nothing like a "diet". So whenever I hear that little voice of doubt, I'll pull out mfp and remind myself that, yes I am doing this right! :-)

    Best of luck to you, getting your head in the right place is, I think, probably the key thing.
