Bulking without losing too much definition?
Hey everyone! Is there a specific way to gain lean muscle mass, while limiting the amount of fat gain? I know fat is inevitable when bulking, but my goal was to remain as defined as I am now (or close to it) while adding size and strength. Is this a pipe dream or is it possible?
