I'm currently doing a bulk program involving micro cycles (Jim Stoppani's to be more exact) and was wondering if anyone has had any success with this program or perhaps has a better one that they wouldn't mind sharing.

I think you'd like Sagi Kalev's Body Beast program. There's muscle building and bulking styles of workouts in it. I only do the building workouts for each muscle group but I've stopped because I'm scared of what it's done to me...but in a good way (: So if you like experimenting with single sets, supersets, giant sets, and the like, deffo go for Body Beast!

Madcows 5x5 has treated me well during a surplus. Also, +1 on juggernaut which is another great program.

Oh wow, I looked into the body beast program and it definitely looks like something I'd like to do. Seems many have had great success with it too, thanks for suggesting it! :)

Those both look like great programs, I'll have to do more research on them as I'm more of an intermediate lifter. My goal is to put on mass and gain strength so they do look very promising, thanks for the suggestion!
