Hi folks :) I'm 30 years old male. Currently 189 cm tall, weighing 99 kg. I've adjusted my food and exercise regime (I run and lift at home), and I hope to lose 15-20 kg of fat and gain a bit more muscle. Currently losing about 1 kg/week.
