Last year when I started losing weight my goal was set for losing 2 pounds a week and I lost close to 20 lbs. Gained 22 pounds since November of last year, today I am restarting!
Besides the holiday weight gain I had a procedure done that caused me not to get my exercise in. I have restarted today and my goal is to make sure I log everything and be honest with myself. It sure is disheartening putting this weight back on. My goal is 155 pounds and I want to lose 1 pound a week until I get there.

1 lb or 2 lbs a week and being 47 years old!
Not sure my age matters, I don't think so but I mentioned it anyway. Is it better to lose 2 lbs or 1 lb a week? I have put 22 lbs on since last November and I am restarting today. I have 37 lbs to lose.

After I work out I feel so hungry, what to eat?
I have noticed after I do my work out I am so hungry. I usually will try to eat a meal right a way which is usually lunch. I do eat a good breakfast before my work out so this baffles me. Is this normal?

Net in the equasion question
Is the Net suppose to be higher than the calories you consume? I am trying to figure out the equation, I am not sure what the Net represents. I am wanting to lose 1 pound a week so I want to make sure I am figuring my calories right.

203 Day Streak!
I have been using My Fitness Pal for 203 Days to track my Calories, Nutrition, and Fitness. I walk 5 miles every day and I do Aerobics 3 to 5 times a week. My goal is to lose 1 lb a week and so far I have lost 20 lbs! I am feeling Awesome!

Exercise Calories
I walk 10,000 Steps or more a day and sometimes at the end of the day I will have 500 or more calories leftover. Should I try to eat some of the calories or leave them?

Snacks
Is it a good idea to eat snacks in between meals or just eat 3 meals a day? My snacks are usually fruit, nuts or small sweet treats. I find usually I have to use some of my exercise calories to have enough calories for dinner.

Recovery Question
My goal is to walk 5 miles a day. Should I take a day off or on some days just strive for 10,000 Steps? Is this enough recovery or do I need to take a day off completely? I don't know what I should do. I love my walking but I want to take care of my body too.

Going over Goals
I have a problem. I don't usually get 1200 calories without going in the red with my goals. I know it's important to eat my 1200 calories but I don't like going in the red. What should I do?
