I have updated my profile to lose 47 pounds because at 37 pounds my BMI is still to high. I really want to be in a healthy range so 145 pounds is my weigh loss goal and I am 5' 5".

I walk 5 miles a day and do Aerobics 3 to 5 times a week.

Yes I tend to get around 1,000 calories or more a day in exercise and I don't eat them all back every day but occasionally I will. I have around 17 pounds to lose and so it is getting harder for me to lose my weight.

I do leave the calories for the day but depending on what I eat I will still end up with 500 or more calories. Plus I don't like eating after 8:00 pm.

Ooh Ya I do that also if I want to eat something and really need the extra calories I get more exercise :)

I have been using MFP for a month now and I don't feel like I need a cheat day. I can eat anything as long as I fit it into my calories. It is Awesome!

I like Pacer app on my IPhone. I am tracking the steps I take and if I get other exercise I use MFP to track it.

Taking Before and After Pictures help me to see how I have lost weight. I don't see it just looking in the mirror.

I love reading all the comments. One problem I have is I think I have to eat a snack even if I am not hungry and when I have drank my water it seems to keep me feeling full.

For me I am considered large frame so when people look at me they don't believe I weigh 186 lbs. I have always looked smaller than I am.

Okay I have changed my goal to 1 pound a week, I will see how I do on that. Thank you for all the input it has been very helpful.

I do have an office job. I am 5'5" 47 years old and pre menopausal. I am walking at least 1 hour a day and I do use some of my extra points. I have noticed that some fruits are very high in sugar and don't eat them, I look for low point fruits. I also try not to eat after 8:00pm.

Why is 1200 calories not enough?

I have been on 1200 calories for almost 3 weeks now. I have lost 6 pounds so far. My goal is to lose around 1 to 2 pounds per week. I have 39 pounds left to lose.
