I walk 10,000 Steps or more a day and sometimes at the end of the day I will have 500 or more calories leftover. Should I try to eat some of the calories or leave them?

I would say leave them so you have a cushion for later if you overeat!

I do leave the calories for the day but depending on what I eat I will still end up with 500 or more calories. Plus I don't like eating after 8:00 pm.

Unless you are losing weight too quickly, I wouldn't suggest eating just to make up for leftover calories.

What are you calories set to right now? If you're on the low side I would say eat half of them. But if you'reon the high side don't eat then.

if you are walking that much on a consistent basis, I'd just include that in my activity level.
