Brazilian Butt Lift
Decided to throw in a round of the Brazilian Butt Lift last night and holy moly... I can barely walk today! Lol. Anyone else try this or another booty workout video? I do squats and lunges pretty regularly... but was just looking to get more junk in the trunk ;)

I was thinking about starting a second round of 21 Day Fix Extreme starting April 16th. I had pretty good results with the first round. Anybody interested in joining along to hold eachother accountable?? I did the first round with my brother and it worked out fairly well...

Shakeology
Anyone else in here using shakeology? I have been using it everyday for the past 6 months as a meal replacement for breakfast... along with exercise... and I can honestly say I'm in the best shape of my life even after two kids. I have also cut out all fast-food and soda! Whooo!
