I've just made this for my lunch ( recipe taken from mfp ) and it is seriously delicious if you love basil pesto and sun dried tomatoes like i do then you have to try this recipe ☺ I found it in the mfp blog.

kcal burned through excersise
I've read that you have to burn more kcal than you eat to loose weight, if this is correct im never going to loose weight :-( the mfp says my kcal per day is 1200 which is fine but today ive only had time for 30 min on the cross trainer which burned 427 kcal. How am i going to fund the time to burn more than 1200 kcal a…
