Hi guys
I can't find kettlebell on mfp to log can anyone help me please with working out how many kcal it burns per min ?

    You can do so many different things (an so many different weights/intensities)with a kettlebell there won't be a good number for generic kettlebell work

    Depending on how you are using the kettlebell as a piece of equipment while performing an exercise activity, you could log it under cardiovascular using "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" or "Circuit training, general" to get an estimate of Calories burned. Please note that the Calories burned for cardiovascular exercises provided by MFP are based on published metabolic equivalent of tasks (METs), which are estimates for a general population and may differ for you as an individual.

    here a link just put in your weight and how many minutes u did for them it wil tell how

    Kettlebell isn't an exercise. It's a thing. Just like "running shoe" isn't an exercise. Look for the activity you actually performed.

    Thanks everyone for your advice, i did 15 min of a jillian michaels kettlebell workout.
