Hi feel free to add me :) ive just joined again today after trying all sorts of healthy eating plans, I try to excersise at least 3 times a week normally a run on the treadmill and I'm starting to introduce some strength training. I'm going to try out yoga to help loosen my achy body. X

Definitely cooking batches of meals ahead of time and popping in the freezer is your best option David, I'm home in the day so don't have this problem but my husband works odd shifts so he has things made up ahead of time or takes a salad which are quick to make up.

I could easily eat loads if i wasn't watching my kcal i always joke about loving food but i genuinely do im over weight through not watching what i was eating and eating the wrong foods.

Hard question for me as no 2 days are the same for me, breakfast is anything from smoothies, porridge oats, muesli or eggs. Lunch can be a sandwich made with soya bread with tuna or ham or sometimes soup. Dinner is always different but generally lean meat or fish with veg, sweet potatoes. I've just started and im setting small goals like every 7lbs i loose i will buy myself a new lipstick or something. I no its not for everyone but i like having small goals that are easer to get to.

I have to agree im afraid if you want to help your weight loss along then weighted excersise is really good, I no some people say muscle is heaver than fat but muscle burns fat so doing some weighed excersise along side your cardio will help you and tone at the same time, for example I started doing up to 20 min kettlebell…

I only eat wholemeal/wholewheat , low fat/low kcal, nut milks, soy or natural yogurt sometimes low fat greek yogurt, I don't add oils like butter or fats apart from frylight occasionally, I eat lots of fruit & veg and only eat lean meats, I have nuts and grains in moderation and for treats i only have low kcal cereal bars…
