kcal burned through excersise

I've read that you have to burn more kcal than you eat to loose weight, if this is correct im never going to loose weight :-(
the mfp says my kcal per day is 1200 which is fine but today ive only had time for 30 min on the cross trainer which burned 427 kcal.
How am i going to fund the time to burn more than 1200 kcal a day.

    Luckily - your body burns calories all day long...just by existing.

    Did your heart just beat? You burned calories.

    Did you just breathe? You burned calories.

    Exercise can (moderately) increase the amount of calories you burn in a given day, but you don't burn calories SOLELY by exercising.

    You are burning calories just living. If you eat at 1200 a day, you will lose weight, even if you don't do additional exercise. MFP just don't show what you are burning every day because they like having numbers above zero.
